The DOL’s Wage and Hour Division is once again offering the PAID program. It lets employers resolve potential FLSA minimum wage and overtime violations (and certain FMLA violations) quickly, get employees their back wages, and avoid litigation. Sarah will walk through the common FLSA violations PAID can fix and exactly how to participate.

Sarah joined the Wage and Hour Division in 2012 and spent eight years as an Investigator enforcing the FLSA, FMLA and the H-2A and H-2B programs. Since 2020 she has been the Albany District’s Community Outreach Specialist, educating employers and employees on federal labor law.
