$45 for 2026
One price for the whole calendar year (Jan 1 – Dec 31).
Pay online by card. Takes about two minutes.
What you get
Four things that come with your membership.
Member prices on events
Lunch & Learns are free for members. Other events, including the Holiday Celebration and National Payroll Week, cost less. See the prices below.
Meet people who get your job
Online and in-person events where you swap stories, ask questions and find your payroll people.
Weekly compliance updates
Our Government Liaison emails the hot payroll topics every week, so you stay ahead of changes.
A chance to lead
Join a chapter committee or the board and help plan the seminars, study groups and events.
What our events are like
Three kinds of events, all built for working payroll professionals.
Lunch & Learn
An online session with an expert speaker on a payroll topic. Join from your desk, ask questions live, and earn RCH credit.
In-person events
A few times a year we meet in person for lunch, a speaker and time to network. Our year-end Holiday Celebration is one of them, and you can also join it online.
National Payroll Week
Three days of sessions in September. Attend all three days, or pick the days that matter most to you.
What events cost
Members pay less, and many events are free.
Every seminar earns RCH credit toward your CPP or FPC, for members and non-members alike. We email your certificate after the event. The price for each event is listed on its page.
After you join
What happens next, in three steps.
Check your email. Your confirmation arrives right away. If you don't see it in a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
We add you to the member list. That keeps your member price and your RCH records in order.
Choose the Member ticket. When you register for an event, pick the Member ticket. Member prices are for current members.
Not included
A few things that cost extra or come from elsewhere.
Study groups are a separate fee ($100) and are open to members and non-members.
PayrollOrg national membership is separate and has its own fees.
The Payroll Source book is not included in the study group fee.
