Speaker 1 Bio: Mr. Joseph J. Rivello, AIF® is a Financial Advisor at LPL Financial-Rivello Asset Management. Today, he helps individuals, families and their business with financial planning, including retirement plans for businesses (401k, 403b, pensions, philanthropies and endowments). He is the proud father of 2 children, his daughter currently attending U of Wisconsin, Madison and his son Case Western in OH. He enjoys travel, wine, golf and fishing-kayaking.
Background, Professional and industry experience Mr. Rivello has a BBA from Hofstra University. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary designee (AIF), where he helps companies review, design and implement retirement plans. He has been in the investment industry for almost 30 years and has travelled to invest in over 40 countries during his career.

Speaker 2 Bio: - Dolly Rios, CPA, is also a financial consultant for charter schools in New York, and has served the non-profit community for over 25 years. Prior to starting the firm, she was director of finance for St. Bartholomew’s Church and School in midtown Manhattan, where she first worked with Ray McGarrigle, her business partner. She oversaw the accounting department for this large, successful religious organization, which included a parish and school, restaurant, theatre company, concert series and athletic facility, and completed three fiscal audits within her first year. Dolly is on the adjunct faculty of Queens Borough Community College, where she teaches Advanced Accounting. It’s a great pleasure for Dolly to impart her knowledge to the newer generations. She has also supervised a large audit department in a midtown CPA firm with responsibility for conducting all aspects of audits for not-for-profit institutions with annual budgets ranging from $1 million to $100 million. Dolly also works as an outside consultant for the Church Pension Group as a tax advisor given her expertise with minister's tax returns. Dolly has lived in New York City for 36 years, after moving to the city with her family from Cali, Colombia. She is a very hard worker, earning both her undergraduate degree from Baruch College and her CPA certification while working full time. She also likes to give back to her community and was recruited to participate as a mentor in a program designed to help young accountants. She also volunteers during tax season to prepare tax returns for low-income families residing in Corona, Queens. Dolly is an avid reader and belongs to a book club.

Speaker 3 Bio: Adam Blitz is a Regional Sales Director for Empower. In his role, he collaborates with advisors, third-party administrators, registered investment advisers, and other distribution partners to help them grow their retirement plan practices.
Adam joined the organization in 2010. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College and an MBA from Adelphi University. He currently maintains the FINRA Series 6 securities registration and the Series 63 state securities license, and he holds applicable life insurance licenses.
